I am breeding close and  long coated German Shepherds for sale. I am passionate about the long coated German Shepherd as the recessive long coat gene is from the historical shepherd bloodlines in Germany. I also love their gentle, playful nature.

I hope you will take the time to look around the site. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me, I love to talk about German Shepherds!

If you are looking for Long Goat German Shepherds For Sale, contact Majic Forest

Majic Forest moved to Malad City Idaho in January 2015. Before that I have lived in Utah all my life, moved away several times, but always returned because of the mountains and the beautiful seasons Utah has. I was raised on an Arabian horse farm where I began to show horses at the early age of 9. I have participated in Western, English, Competitive and Mountain Endurance riding.

I have owned and lived with German Shepherds for over 30 years. I have a great passion for this breed and enjoy all that they have to offer. My dogs and puppies are my children and are treated as such. I cannot imagine a life without them.

I live on 5 acres with lots of animals including horses and cats. I have been actively involved with animals my entire life and relate to them better than some people.

As I was developing my German Shepherd breeding program, I always knew that temperament and health were very important to me. So, with that focus in mind, I strive to breed the ideal family companion with character and longevity.

The 'Majic Forest' Name

Over the years, many have asked me where the name "Majic Forest" came from. The Majic name and spelling is very special to me because the first Arabian mare I ever owned was called and registered Majic. She was pure white and full of mischief.

As a college graduation gift, my parents offered to give me a month in Europe, to which I graciously declined. All I wanted was to take the summer off, not work, and play with the horses. My parents gave me my wish and two weeks later, Majic's registration papers arrived in the mail in my name. That summer she and I spent many hours together in the high Uintah Mountains, far away from civilization bonding and thinking about the future. Hence the name Majic.

The "Forest" part of my kennel name comes from an area directly behind my sister's property in American Fork, Utah. Almost in the middle of the city is a literal forest. It is not very big, maybe 10 acres, but is has a stream, ducks, geese, deer, raccoons, squirrels and many other wild things that we catch an occasional glimpse of. I love open space and all things wild, so Forest was a good fit. There also seems to be something mystical about the long coated German Shepherds and I wanted the name to reflect who I am and who they are.Click here to add text.
